What are the bump-in times?

Gates open Sunday 7:30am for bump-in. Early access for cars and trade bays is Saturday 12:00pm–3:00pm.

What is the last entry time?

Last entry for display cars is 8:55am Sunday – this is strictly enforced with no entry after this time.

Do I need to stay for the full event?

Yes, for insurance purposes, display vehicles must remain in place for the full event (9:00am–2:30pm).

What are the dinner themes?

Friday: Buffet (BBQ Style) (club shirts), Saturday: Beach Party (Hawaiian/tropical attire), Sunday: Formal Presentation Dinner (lounge suit/cocktail attire).

How do I book accommodation?
