Mustang Nationals 2026
1. Event Registration
By submitting a registration form and payment, you agree to abide by all event rules and regulations set forth by the Mustang Owners Club of WA (MOCWA) and the event organizers.
2. Payment Terms
- Full payment is required to secure your registration
- All payments must be made via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to the designated account
- Registration is not confirmed until payment is received and verified
3. Vehicle Display Requirements
- All display vehicles must arrive by 8:55am Sunday - late arrivals will not be permitted entry
- Display vehicles must remain in place for the full event duration (9:00am-2:30pm) for insurance purposes
- Vehicles must be presented in a clean and presentable condition
- No vehicle movements are permitted during public display hours
4. Conduct and Safety
- All participants must follow venue rules and staff directions at all times
- Dangerous driving, burnouts, or excessive revving are strictly prohibited
- Participants must maintain appropriate behavior at all event functions
- The event organizers reserve the right to remove any participant for inappropriate conduct without refund
5. Liability and Insurance
- Participants enter the event at their own risk
- All vehicles must have current registration and comprehensive insurance
- MOCWA and event organizers accept no responsibility for damage, loss, or theft of vehicles or personal property
- Participants agree to indemnify MOCWA and event organizers against any claims arising from their participation
6. Photography and Media
- By attending the event, you consent to being photographed or filmed
- Images and footage may be used for promotional purposes by MOCWA
- No commercial photography or filming without prior written permission
7. Accommodation
- Accommodation is not included in the registration fee
- Participants are responsible for arranging their own accommodation
- Any issues with accommodation providers are between the participant and the provider
8. Event Changes
- The organizers reserve the right to modify the event schedule or activities if necessary
- In case of severe weather or force majeure, the event may be postponed or cancelled
- Participants will be notified of any significant changes via email
9. Privacy
- Personal information collected will be used solely for event administration
- Your information will not be shared with third parties without consent
- Email addresses may be used for event updates and MOCWA newsletters
10. Acceptance
By registering for Mustang Nationals 2026, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
