Hoping to get peoples recommendation to help build a mustang Eleanor for a friend ? he has a good 67 fastback  between the Sydney and Brisbane area

Then why does he want to ruin it?

Eleanor kits are for rust buckets so the fiberglass can hide most of the rust and the rust repairs (when people actually try to repair it).

I'm with Barnett on this, nobody cares about Eleanors anymore, why ruin a good car with all that plastic crap.

I would be inclined to agree also, it is a personal choice thing, but cost and time verses long term reward may favour the original car,
Buy a cheapy bucket and chop it up...,

Im with your mate.
Best way to improve a dirty old Fartback is to make it an Eleanor.
Its well known that those that dont choose coupes are strange people anyway.
