Scratched bonnet - seeking repairer in Melbourne
« on: June 11, 2018, 09:28:34 PM »
Was driving home on Friday when a pedestrian ran out from in front of a parked car without looking. I hit the brakes and in the last nanosecond before I hit him, he jumped and slid over the bonnet and ran away. He left a 15cm scratch behind. Anyone know of a paint shop that can repair large scratches (no dents) in the Ascot Vale/Maribrynong area in Melbourne?

I have dash cam footage. It sends shivers down my spine when I watch it

Next time, don’t brake. Bowl the bugger over so you can get his details!

Only kidding of course, good luck with the repair....

Give Troy at Western Smash a call, they are in Sunshine, phone number 93121858. They did my car and there are always Mustangs and other classics in the shop.
I dont suffer from insanity, I enjoy every minute of it.

it would help considerably if you knew what type of paint was on it, otherwise, it may not match very well.
