Are you sure its a 2 speed, should be 7 wires at the switch, 5 wires is single speed.

To start with the orange with the white stripe is the stand alone 12V+ supply from the back of the ignition switch (joins to a black and green wire) and should not be connected to the red wire. Try connecting the red wire to the spare terminal in your picture, although I am not sure what is connected to the wiper motor.

ok got an original harness with switch connector so now its filling in the blanks (am on the hunt for an original wiper motor if anyone has one?)
my understanding of the wire/colour is black earth, blue one speed, white 2nd speed, red is there to make the wipers come on when the washers are on.
green must be a park - may need to splice this to suit original switch configuration ?
coming out of the original harness is yellow wire which im guessing is park also?
an original wiper motor would be much easier!
cheers

Thanks mate

If its this one you are looking at then it looks like a single speed too me, ask the seller for a pic of the top of the contact connector.
