Leaking Power steering control valve - Brisbane
« on: December 07, 2017, 05:39:38 PM »
Hi Guys,

i have a leak in my power steering control valve in my 1966 GT coupe. I have been to my local mechanic and he has told me that it will cost about $500- $600 to repair. I have jumped online and seen that i can buy a kit to rebuild it for approx $100 or buy a new one for $300. It is in good condition apart from the leak, so thinking of the rebuild but am not mechanically minded, do you guys know of someone that i could take my car to too be rebuilt that is not going to rip me off. I am on the southside of Brisbane.

Thanks

Brett

I used Power Steering Services 2/42 Spencer Rd, Nerang, ph: 0413 459 459 to rebuild the power steering control valve on my 70 Mach 1 a few year back.
